Carefully place your jewelry in its original Oro Jewels box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it off at a designated shipping center, keeping your tracking number for reference until your refund is processed.
